Who you are buying from

OUDADEN ART is a woodworking workshop in Hay Tioughza, Aourir, Agadir, making laser-engraved keychains, wax boxes, bracelets and surf gifts to order.

How an order is made

Designing a piece on this site does not place an order. You choose the product, the finish, the motif and the text, and the site shows you a preview of the engraving. When you confirm, we receive the order and reply on WhatsApp with the total, the delivery fee and the timing.

The order becomes binding when we confirm it on WhatsApp. Until then nothing is cut and nothing is owed.

Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams and include the piece and its engraving. Delivery is quoted separately and confirmed before production starts. Prices can change, but never on an order we have already confirmed.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or cash at the workshop when you collect. We do not take card payments and will never ask you for card or bank details — if a message claiming to be us does, it is not us.

What you are responsible for

• Spelling. The visualizer shows the exact engraving before you order. We cut what you approved, including a name spelled the way you typed it.
• Uploads. If you send a logo or photo to be engraved, you confirm you have the right to use it. We will not engrave a trademark or an image you do not own.
• Reachability. Give a WhatsApp number you actually answer — it is how we confirm the order and how the driver finds you.

What we are responsible for

Making the piece you approved, in the wood and finish you chose, to the standard shown on this site, and telling you honestly if we cannot meet your deadline. If we get it wrong, we remake it at our cost — see Delivery & Returns.

Wood is not uniform

Every piece is cut from real walnut and natural wood. Grain, tone and figure vary from one blank to the next, so your piece will differ slightly from the photograph. That variation is the material, not a defect.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge any time before we start production — in practice, any time before we tell you the piece is being cut. Once a personalized piece is engraved it cannot be resold and cannot be cancelled.

Partners

Surf camps, hotels and cafés displaying an OUDADEN QR code earn a commission on orders that come through it. Commission terms are agreed individually and set out in the partner agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Anything we cannot settle over WhatsApp goes to the competent courts of Agadir.
