How your piece reaches you
Every item is engraved to order in the Aourir workshop. Production starts once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, and most pieces are finished within 24 hours.
Collect at the workshop — free
Pick your piece up at Hay Tioughza, Aourir, Agadir, Mon–Sat · 9:00–19:00. We message you the moment it is off the machine. Bring nothing; pay when you collect.
Delivery across Morocco
We ship anywhere in Morocco. The fee depends on the city and is confirmed on WhatsApp before we start production, so you always agree the total before anything is made.

Flying home soon?
Tell us your departure date on WhatsApp. If the timing is tight we will say so honestly before you order, and we will prioritise the piece or suggest collecting it at the workshop instead.
Payment
Cash on delivery, in dirhams. You pay the driver when the piece is in your hands, or the workshop when you collect. There is no online payment and we never ask for card details.
Returns
Check your piece in front of the driver before paying. If anything is wrong, refuse it and nothing is charged.
What we replace, free
- The engraving does not match the design you approved on the site.
- The wood is cracked, warped or damaged in transit.
- The wrong product or the wrong finish was sent.
Message us within 48 hours of receiving the piece, with a photo. We remake it and cover the return.
What we cannot take back
Personalized pieces are cut and engraved for one person and cannot be resold, so a change of mind, a misspelled name you approved, or a different motif you later prefer are not returnable. This is why the visualizer shows you the exact engraving before you order — what you see on screen is what the machine cuts.
