Ordering

Do I pay on the site?

No. You design the piece here, we confirm the total on WhatsApp, and you pay cash when you receive it or collect it.

How long does it take?

Most pieces are engraved within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery adds one to five days depending on the city — see Delivery & Returns.

I fly home in two days. Is that enough?

Usually, yes, especially around Agadir and Taghazout. Tell us your departure date when you order and we will confirm honestly before starting.

Personalizing

Will it look like the preview?

Yes. The visualizer places your text and motif on a photograph of the actual product in the actual finish, at the size the machine cuts. What you approve is what you receive.

How many characters can I engrave?

It depends on the piece — a keychain holds fewer than a wax box lid. The field stops you at that piece’s limit as you type.

Can you engrave Arabic or Tifinagh?

Yes. Send the text on WhatsApp and we will set it by hand, so the letterforms join correctly.

Can you engrave my own logo?

Yes, from a transparent PNG in solid black. Send it on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it will hold detail at that size.

The wood

What are the finishes?

Natural, Dark and Walnut. Each one is a genuinely different wood, photographed as it is — not a colour filter over one photo.

How do I care for it?

Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth, and avoid leaving it in salt water or direct sun for long. A drop of oil once a year brings the grain back.
